Born out of necessity.

MattyV Fitness was born out of the necessity to take back control of my health and fitness while working full time, and being there for my three children's activities. Being there as a father and a husband.
Hockey, baseball, fastball. karate, after school hangout, birthday parties. Not to mention a dog, three cats, and a house to take care of. I knew it was time to start taking care of myself if I wanted tpo be around for all their milestones. It wasn't just me anymore, I was the rock, and a main provider for my family.
I have created this community to help other busy parents, people with multiple jobs, or anyone else who can't find the time for their health to collaborate and support each other to change our lives.
